Can an ulcer cause a weird numbness in the arms and legs?

Not likely: If it is stomach ulcers you are referring to, this would be a very unusual complaint. I suppose if you had a severely bleeding ulcer or were profoundly anemic it could cause such symptoms but this would be atypical.

No: Ulcers and numbness can be related to neuropathy especially in diabetics. Ulcers don't usually cause numbness however. Check with your doctor.
