Mood TX risk/benefit: there are a couple of antidepressants that might help: a new one is Brintellix which has a good side effect profile with little sexual dysfunction reported. Older ones include Remeron and Wellbutrin. Remeron can be added to other treatments. Zoloft and Effexor (venlafaxine) ought not to be taken together due to a risk of a serotonin syndrome...which is life-threatening!
