Foraminal stenosis: Possible. Would have it checked out by a doctor/urgent care to make sure not other issues like new disc compression/infection, gall bladder, kidney/bladder, intestinal ( constipation),rare others . Consider ibuprophen to alleviate some of the pain and discuss use of gabapentin, if it is from stenosis with your doctor.
