A member asked:

Lots of pain in t10-12 in back and rib next to spine when inhaling and any slightest movement. ct bilateral nueral foraminal stenosis at t9-10. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Constriction.: Your condition may constrict the passages of the right and left T9 nerve roots. This may be the cause of your symptoms. Conservative measures are best recommended for this condition in the thoracic spine. Other considerations include local tissue reactions, discogenic pain, spasms, myofascial pain, circulatory issues, "facet" syndrome, and ligament, muscle and other soft tissue problems. See PM&R.
