Either: A visit to your obstetrician is in order. He can examine you and determine if it is from hemorrhoids or other causes of rectal bleeding. Some bleeding is common in later pregnancy from the cervix before labor - "bloody show". Bleeding above the cervix may be cause for concern and your doctor will check that out.
