Is it normal at all for the bleeding to occur every time i use the bathroom if i have hemorrhoids? (i am 21 weeks pregnant )

Given that bleeding: ...hemorrhoids aren't strictly speaking "normal," they are certainly common during pregnancy. If your OB is certain that the bleeding is coming from hemorrhoids and you're taking plenty of supplemental iron, s/he may want to delay further intervention.
