No: If you have been told you have hemorrhoids allready, it is unlikely that anything else is causing the blood in an otherwise healthy young pregnant woman.

Keep bowels regular : Fiber in your food, exercise and hydration will help with haemorrhoods...Talk to your doctor re your risk for colon cancer... Then worry if you have to... Your baby needs you to be happy..
