Rectal bleeding: they definitely could be for sure, you need to have an exam from a doctor to make sure

Yes : Not unusual during pregnancy to have hemorrhoid but you SHOULD seek care and be examined soon. Blood loss is not tolerated well during pregnancy. Best of luck.
