Yes: If there are no accompanying symptoms like dizziness then it is okay. If this is accompanied by any other symptoms or you have parameters related to your blood pressure to take any of your prescribed medications or to notify your doctor then follow the instructions in place for this and call your physician

Watch closely: Your bottom number a little low. Hydrate well. Your number should not cause a problem, but you should check it daily, and check it if u do feel dizzy/lightheaded.
