Difficult to say.: It is not likely that this "bump"is anything serious. Since you had it for years. If you don't like it, from a cosmetic standpoint you can go your Dr. have it removed. Good luck

Likely benign: Hard to tell from the photo, but likely a benign sebaceous hyperplasia or intradermal nevus. It's always best to see a doc in person for evaluation and possible biopsy of any concerning skin lesion. Hope that helps!
