What could cause a flesh colored bump on the septum of my nose? it's been there almost 3 years.

Nose bump: There are little lumps of fat that can appear, usually around the eyes, face, and neck. The bump needs to be looked at by your doctor to make sure it is not something more serious. A plastic surgeon can remove the lump after it is diagnosed. Peace and good health.
