Oscillations: The heart rate changes with breathing. It is faster when you inhale, slower when you exhale. If you are using a heart monitor, you may find it oscillates with your breathing. When you hold your breath for 10-20 seconds, it may stay consistent, at rest. The heart rates you listed here are both normal, as long as you stay within normal, there is no problem.
