Im courious what heart rate variation in percentage could be considered as normal during a 4 minutes measurement at rest?

Depends: It does depend a bit on age, but in general there is data that suggest at rest there is less than a 10 beat per min variation at rest, which approximates out to around 12%. Again this varies on age, medications being taken and underlying disease that one might be afflicted with. Hope this helps.
