GERD: It could be GERD. Sometimes GERD can cause irritation of throat and sinuses with a posterior nasal drip .

Food Sensitivities?: I often check IgG food sensitivities in such cases. It is remarkable how often a food that a person eats regularly causes a low grade chronic inflammation that may manifest in PND or other allergic symptoms. Consider finding a physician who can order such a test. In the meantime, the most common culprits are dairy and gluten/grain products. Take a break from those for a bit and see what happens.
