Eliminate the cause: Glands in your nose and throat producing more mucus is the cause most of the time. Allergies, deviated septum of the nose, sinusitis, cold, flu, wheather change , certain medications are the root of the problem. For allergies, get tested and avoid those problem allergens or premedicate yourself. If deviated septum get surgery and so on. So, eliminate the causes . In the mean time take Claritin-D.
