Possible: While less common in that age group, it is possible. You should arrange a colonoscopy through your physician to investigate your symptoms further.

Possibly: Although it is rare. According to the CDC, there is a 0.7% chance of a 30 yr old woman developing colon cancer over the next 10 yrs. A simple hemoccult test could further identify your risks, along with family history. I would still see your doctor regarding the alteration in your stools.

Yes, but unlikely: With the changes in your stool and symptoms, it would be very important to get in and be evaluated. It sounds like you need a colonoscopy and stool studies. while waiting for your appointment, you can get a a whole food diet, increase your fiber and take a good probiotic. also make sure you are hydrating well. Make sure you get in - getting your gut healthy again will make you feel much better
