No help: As far as I know braces only straighten teeth but they have no ability to lengthen the teeth. I would recommend that you consult with your dentist to see what options are available to you. Some people consult with a cosmetic dentist and pursue veneers to make their teeth the way they would prefer them to look... I wish you the best of luck

Yes: Positions of teeth can be altered Orthodontically, giving them the appearance of being longer, or shorter, as required. As teeth are brought into proper alignment their apparent length looks better. Sometimes gum reshaping is helpful. Sometimes tooth shape needs to be changed with veneers, bonding, crowns, or recontouring. Orthodontist and General Dentist, working together, is best approach.
