What is the right age for tooth braces?

Depends on problem: 1st orthodontic examination age 7. Some children would benefit from interceptive treatment. Girls usually ready for braces @ 11, boys @ 12, but every child is different. Best to be seen before all baby teeth are lost to best manage tooth-jaw relationships. 1/3 of all ortho patients today are adults. See an orthodontic specialist for initial exam (usually free) now for treatment timing eval.
