Absolutely: There are many possible causes for the symptoms you describe. Immune reactions arise in many different ways, some allergic, some not. In your case, the blistering wouldn't be typical for allergic reactions, but it would be typical for a viral rash. In many cases, when the body's immune system reacts to a virus, it can also lead to hives. I hope this helps!

Yes: Allergic reactions can manifest in many ways, most commonly with itchy rashes and/or swelling. The fact that these hives come and go suggests that maybe there's a new environmental exposure that is causing your symptoms. I recommend looking back to when these symptoms started and see if there are any new pets, shampoo, creme, food, rugs, or furniture in the house at the time the symptoms started.

Allergy: Hi, Allergic reaction can manifest as rash, and they could be itchy, look into any new exposure that you might have had like soap, clothing, food, sheets and etc. But I would suggest an evaluation by your family doctor, too. Good luck.
