How long?: How long have you had this problem and how long does each bump stays around? If the problem cannot be controlled with antihistamine or lasts more than 8 weeks , consider seeing an allergist. Does heat, stress, or exercise trigger it? If so , it may just be a condition known as cholinergic urticaria. Tell us more about your condition.
