It can: See allergist first because the allergist will send you to a dermatologist if it's just eczema or dermatitis.

Rash: Your rash may or may not be related to food allergies and the foods you mentioned, especially cucumbers, are rarely associated with this type of rash. I think you need to have your rash examined to determine what it is.
