Swollen lymph node: This is likely a swollen lymph node in reaction to the recent dental procedure, especially if it's on the same side of the neck as where you had the dental work. It should decrease in size on its own. If it does not away on its own or if it shows up anywhere else in the body, you should go back to the ENT sooner & get it re-evaluated.
