Soy: Soy has become very controversial over the past few years. Like anything else, make sure you come it it moderation. I recommend that you just eat soy that is guaranteed to be non-GMO. Also stick to the whole soy as much as you can and avoid products where the soy has been heavily processed. Choose to whole foods in great variety and make food your best medicine!
