Probiotics: probiotics are not yet studied well enough to recommend routine usage. Except for particular circumstances, such as infection with C. Difficile, the studies that have been done have not shown any benefit in healthy individuals. I would not recommend them yet unless you have been advised by your physician that you should give them a try. Good luck.
