Alcohol is a drug: I am sorry, but perhaps you have forgotten but alcohol as a chemical is a depressant and can cause anxiety. It is not in any way an anxiolytic. It is not safe to use any alcohol when pregnant or planning a pregnancy.

Risky: In an article by Rossi and others in the journal Obstetrics and Gynecology of January 2011 they looked at more than 4700 IVF cycles/2500 couples, looking at live birth rate after IVF. In women or men with 4+ drinks/week prior to IVF cycle there was a 48 % higher risk for failure of fertilization and a 21% lower chance for a live birth. You have to use your own judgement but you may be gambling.
