Here: In the US we have an odd schedule we (most) rush through breakfast and lunch. Then eat large dinner with dessert and sit around watching tv. We should eat a good healthy breakfast. Good healthy lunch. And a small healthy snack like dinner. With healthy late night snack. The two large meals should be during our peak activity time our smaller meals when we are not so active
