Any: You should be able to eat any fruit with a hiatal hernia. Some more acidic fruits like lemons may worsen any symptoms of reflux you have. Medicines can be given to control your stomachs acid output. If you are healthy, surgery could be performed to fix the hernia and prevent reflux and therefore decrease your need for lifelong medication.
