No: there is always some discrepancy between calculation made based on LMP and HCG level and ultrasound findings usually the ultrasound is the most accurate good luck

Sounds fine.: That heart rate should be within the range of normal, and the three day difference is within the error range of the TV ultrasound. Just continue monitoring to make sure that the pregnancy progresses along nicely.
