I had my 10 week transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and my gestational sac was very tight around the baby. the walls of the sac were pressing against her on all sides except a tiny bit of room near her feet. heart rate 180. why is my sac so small?

Sonogram findings : You will need to discuss the specifics of your sonogram with your doctor. Obgyns do not typically interpret sonograms in this terminology. Schedule a follow up with the doctor who ordered the sonogram and ask them to walk you through the findings.
