Clinical correlation: is suggested because lots of people have X-ray findings and have absolutely no symptoms. Just because it is seen on the x ray, doesn't mean it's clinically relevant. The radiologist is letting your Dr. know that this was found, now it's up to your Dr. to determine if this is the source of your symptoms.
