I have small midline disc protrusion at c6/c7. mild left side neural foramen c5/6 and c6/7 due to forminal disc bulges. i'm in constant pain daily and did 3 months with a chiro twice a week which hasn't helped.

Neck pain.: It would be wise at this point to pursue a physical therapy evaluation and course of treatment. You may want to visit with a Spine specialist as well, just to get one on board to guide your more conservative treatments.
