Nerve sleeve cysts: Most likely is schwannomatosis since there is multiple cysts. Neurofibromatosis is also a consideration. Are they thought to be symptomatic by your doctor or was it an incidental finding on MRI or ct that do not correlate with your symptoms or complaints?

Neural cysts: In most instances, these are benign (not cancer) expansions of the nerves, and they are typically seen as 'incidental findings' and often do not need treatment. They are typically not associated with pain, but if the doctor treating you -who probably looked at the imaging studies- is concerned, further work up is indicated with a gadolinium enhanced scan. Good luck!
