See below: Any medication related issues should be discussed with your prescribing provider since only s/he knows your medical history. Practicing good sleep hygiene, having a routine in place, will help with sleep. Also, you might want to discuss your insomnia issues with your providers to see if sleep study is warranted. Bipolar Disorder: There are many sleep medication options. I wanted to bring up another option that you might discuss with your provider - cranial electrotherapy stimulation.
