A 53-year-old female asked:

my mother is sufferingfrom potts diease and is onmedications.. andso she wants to know what home exercises can she do at home for potts disease?

None now: Potts disease is caused by an infection of the bone with the tuberculosis bacteria. There are really no exercises that will help treat this. She should consult with her doctor to see if there is extensive damage to the spine. If it ok once the infection has been cured then the normal back exercise programs that you can find on the Internet will keep her muscles stronger and her spine more limber

I think my mother might be getting alzheimers, but she won't see a doctor. Is there any way to find out if she has it given she refuses doctors?

Possibly.: Alzheimer's is a diagnosis of exclusion, with the only definitive way of confirmation being a post-mortem exam of the brain. But the mini-mental status exam is useful as a screening test. A score below 24 out of 30 means a more thorough exam is needed. Clinical exam would be useful to exclude treatable causes of dementia.
