Nutrition: I would want to know the type of food you are eating. Are you eating a lot of processed foods (in a box) and sugar? I would check your adrenal cortisol (4 point) to see if your morning fatigue is due to adrenal fatigue secondary to stress and less than 7 hours of sleep a night.
