Photosensitivity: Photosensitivity disorders are skin disorders in which skin responds in a different manner to visible light/UV light. There are various forms of this disorder. It can very itchy. Sun-protective practices are recommended in addition to various other medications.

Photosensitivity: She may be taking a drug (doxycycline etc) or have a condition (lupus, porphyria) which makes her too sensitive to sunlight (photosensitivity) . Some people develop an allergic skin condition when sunlight transforms an ingredient in a skin lotion (ironically some sunscreen products) into a contact allergen. We need to have more details.
