Itch, flush: A good history and exam is needed (may need labs). Some people develop flush, rash, burning sensation on skin when excercising. Emotions, excercise, certain food/med, alcohol, and medical condition may cause this. Treatment is based on you findings after a good evaluation. Is you rash due to rubbing of you inner thighs? See doctor if concerned.
