Probably a carbuncle: Or basically a large pimple. But could be related to a bug bite. It is typically a skin/dermal infection. Keep it clean. Don't squeeze it. Don't pick the blister and let it unroof on ots own. If it is full of pus and increasing in size you may want to see a doc as it could be something more serious such as a MRSA infection, but if it is improving just watch it.
