Varies: The sensation of "tingling" as you describe it can suggest a neurological component to your condition. The is a condition known as meralgia parastetica which can cause sumilar symptoms as can an upper lumbar radiculopathy. Don't hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.

Since the winter started i have a rash between my legs, at my inner thighs close to my genital area. It only itches late afternoon, its red and have a burning sensation. Some days it looks like the skin is very red and almost if it is cut open.
