Riedels lobe: is a normal anatomic variant in which the right hepatic lobe is elongated and the left lobe is relatively small. It shouldn't be that difficult to distinguish it from true hepatomegaly on a CT scan, but if it is an isolated finding and your liver function tests are normal, it is probably just anatomic variation.
