Call doc or go to ER: Severe pain is always worrying. Call your doc or go to the ER now! They will check and see if they are related and find out what's going on. Unusual things are happening to you (petechiae and bad pain) Why wait to get even worse? Do let us know what they find out. Petechiae are not all that common.
