Feeling cold: Hi, after you eat your blood sugar will go up not down. Please check your Thyroid function test.

Hypoglycemia: classically occurs when insulin is highest (about an hour after you eat) which causes the sugar to go low. Symptoms would include feeling low on fuel, shaky, change in thinking, tired. Thyroid problems among many other problems overlap with the symptoms of hypoglycemia Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health
