See details: While anemia may cause these symptoms, there are also several other possible explanations. Simple lab tests should help eliminate many of these possibilities. If there are color changes in the hands and/or feet (blanching or bluish changes), it may be raynauds disease. See a doctor.

More info is needed: Please see your doctor for blood pressure check and baseline labs to check for anemia. You should check your family history for types of anemia and any history of blood in bowel movements or urine. Make sure you are eating well rounded diet. Good luck.
