Inadequate tests : Most people who feel cold all the time are hypothyroid. Many who are hypothyroid have "normal" T4 and TSH levels. Unless you had your free t3 (liothyronine), (liothyronine) reverse t3 (liothyronine) ; thyroid antibodies checked thyroid problems have not been ruled out.
