I have a right lower midpole soft nodule that is 2.4 x 2.0 x 1.9. its vascular, with a hypoechoic halo but no calcification. how serious is it?

Nodule: This sounds like an angiomyolipoma which is a benign tumor of the kidney. A CT scan or MRI would shows areas that are dark consistent with fatty tissue along with the vascular component
