Chronic daily HA: This is a real diagnosis. It is hard at sometimes to treat and very frustrating. It may be some type of migraine or a combination of stress tension headache with migraine components. Have you seen a neurologist? This is important to do and also important of how often you actually have the headache. The nortriptyline is a basic start and this is at a low dose. Neg MRI means no tumor. Best wishes.
