Side effect possibly: I'd check with your doctor to check into the possibility of the medication causing a side effect that you are not comfortable with and to see if an option exists. I think nortriptyline works very well in many patients to control chronic headaches but certainly I have a number who do not tolerate it well and we have to switch them to something else. Many options so I'm hopeful you'll find one
