It may or may not be a side effect, and the best way to objectify is to put the nortryptyline on hold for several weeks. Years ago, I used this agent for migraine prevention, but now in 2023, there are numerous far better prophylactic approaches, both OTC and prescription. Nortryptyline would not be my choice these days! Get a second opinion.
