It may be.: The purpose of the pill cam is to go where the colonscopy cannot. The pill cam can see the different parts of the small bowel and may get a closer look at the large bowel. It may also catch something that is intermittent such as bleeding that the colonoscopy did not catch. It may well help. Please make sure you have seen a gastroentologist.
