Right test?: There are 2 issues. First fentanyl clears from the system really quickly. Second, most drug screens do not test for fentanyl, only naturally occurring opioids.

Risky: Drugs are absorbed faster under the tongue because of the high number of blood vessels than when swallowed so you can get a higher blood level faster. This is very risky and should only be done with meds prescribed by a doctor to be taken this way.
